五年时间，入库企业研发投入总和增长了七成多（72.01%），增速是披露研发企业数量增幅（34.07%）的两倍以上，表明研发投入增长不只来自参与者增加，还包括企业个体研发力度大幅提升，以及资源向头部集中；企业研发投入平均值增幅达到28.21%，进一步印证了研发从“广度扩张”到“深度强化”的态势。
